Behind it is a ladder leading to another vent, on the edge of which the fifth Nome sits. On the way to the Shoe Monster's room, the player needs to go into the room with a suitcase in the ventilation. In the end, the player will find the fourth Nome on the site near some boxes. Having frightened off a Nome, into the next room with an eye-screen, walk behind the table, scare away the Nome and run after it. When the player climbs the long stairs to the Janitor's room, go into the office on the floor below it. After opening the cage, follow it back to the lever room and find it in the left corner. To hug the third Nome, the player must first turn off the power by flipping a lever, then go into the adjacent room with a cage on the rope on the left and go to the cage in which a Nome sits. While passing through the room with an Eye, the player can climb up some boxes and cages, and, from there, go down to an open cage, which is located in the bottom right, and, passing through a hole in the wall, the player will find themselves in a secret room, where the second Nome can be found. Crawling along through it, they will find a small room with a lantern and the Nome standing next to it. After that, if the player follows the Nome, they can find a hole in the ventilation. The player can frighten off the first Nome by opening the refrigerator. (Details for the achievement can be found in the Achievements page.) In total, 13 Nomes can be found and hugged in the game. Sometimes the player will have to scare and/or chase after a Nome into a certain spot to give it a hug. Additionally, Nomes also emit a croaking sound.Дuring the game, the player can find Nomes.

Nomes are small, humanoid creatures with papery white skin and conical heads or hats that resemble mushroom caps seemingly styled after gnomes or dwarves from folklore. Though experience has taught them to be skittish, some still try to make friends with strangers. Unpredictability can be found throughout The Maw, and so can the Nomes. 9.3 Concept Art, models and Pre-Launch Images.Just push the shopping cart over to reach it. In the toy store, you can find this hat on a shelf in the back left corner. If you drop down to use the vent instead of jumping to the other side of the room when first entering the post office, head left and you can find a secret area with this hat. When you're searching for the key in the morgue, you'll find this hat behind a door on the bottom left by the table.

In the playroom by the X-Ray machine, climb up the book shelf on the right to find this hat.

When you first enter the library, move the ladder over to the second shelf and climb up to find this hat. In the schoolyard, you can find this hat on top of the dumpster by the front door.

Climb up the cages next to it, then climb on top of the hanging one and jump on it to get the hat down.ДЇollow the Nome after getting the key in the attic to get this hat. When you first enter the Hunter's home, you'll find this hat down the hallway and through the door on the left.ДЄfter crossing the broken bridge, you'll find this hat in a cage. This hat is a pre-order bonus that will automatically appear in your inventory at the start of the game.
